CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER : DENNIS LEE
 Holds
an academic background in accounting but more significantly, his growing 15
years experience with “the best” in the service industry. A “stretch”
performer, a level of performance that consistently goes beyond expectations,
Dennis has many valuable assets to his advantage. A visionary and entrepreneur
skilled in training, operations and planning, is constantly exposed to
decision-making and is adaptable to any situation. As CEO and founder of The
Humanitarian Enterprise, Dennis is undoubtedly the heart and pillar, propelled
by his high-energy levels, passion and values. Last but not least, bearing in
mind the warmth of his personality and love for others.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER: LIM SWEE MEIN
 Barely
6 months after graduating from Nanyang Technology University (NTU, Singapore)
with an honors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Computer
Studies), he founded his own IT consultancy firm. Highly talented, young,
dynamic and focused, Swee Mein is a huge asset to the organisation. He leads
the company’s IT Business Expansion & Solutions Team with his brilliance in
IT project management. Swee Mein’s energy is fuelled by challenge &
creative thinking, a stellar combination in leading T.H.E. to be always ahead
in technology.
IT PROJECT DIRECTOR : LOW SOON CHEW
A graduate from Nanyang Technology University (NTU, Singapore) with an honors degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering majoring in Computer Engineering, Soon Chew has a proven ability to develop high-performance applications and technical innovations.
He excels in merging business and user needs into high-quality, cost-effective design solutions while keeping within budgetary constraints.
DIRECTOR (MARKETING) : DAVID GWEE
 David
Gwee, a Singapore Polytechnic graduate, six times Tae Kwon Do National
champion. An X-treme sports fanatic and motto in life… “Be daring, be
different, be first”. Multiple Million Dollar Round Table among the top 10%
Insurance Agents for the past ten years, leaving the Insurance industry at his
peak upon co-founding the company in his pursuit for higher excellence and
belief in achieving much more. With his “can do” attitude and spirit to excel,
David will be an absolute engine to drive T.H.E. to greater heights.
GENERAL MANAGER : VIJAYANDRAN S
A graduate from United Kingdom with a degree in Computing, Vijay spent most of
his working years in the field of teaching, training, mentoring and customer
service. He joined MCI WorldCom as Regional Customer Service Manager. Being
voted “Best Employee in South Asia” is a testament of his dedication and
commitment to excellence.
With an expressed degree of concern for achievement, Vijay hopes and dreams of
a better and brighter future for everyone who is challenged and inspired to
share our vision of helping others and themselves.
