What age of children would be suitable
for KIDS e-learning?
Pre-school is suitable for children between ages 3 to 6. For children aged 7 to
12 year, i-Tutor's content have been carefully structured according to
Singapore IT2000 Master Plan and follow closely the Singapore Ministry of
Education (MOE) syllabus.
Can I share my EDU-PAK with
others?
YES. You may share your EDU-PAK password with others (up to maximum 5) to
optimize the use of our e-Learning programmes. However, please note that a
history is recorded as a progress report upon starting any individual course.
Therefore, if another person is taking the same course with your account, the
next person will notice that someone has been in the class with their previous
assessments etc.
I’m dissatisfied with my purchase order. What will you
do about it?
Every EDU-PAK comes with 7 days FREE Trial ! If you are dissatisfied or EDU-PAK does not suit your needs, simply email to support@eFranchiseSystem.com within the 7 days period. Billing or charges will only apply and effected on the 8th day of your purchase online.

Is there a limit to the number of kids
e-learning I can purchase?
There is NO LIMIT to number of EDU-PAK purchases from the shopping cart at
retail prices. However, each Franchisee is only entitled up to 10
additional EDU-PAK accounts at cost price. That's amazing value! Your family
can enjoy the privileges of e-Learning using your Franchisee account. Email support@eFranchiseSystem.com to activate these additional EDU-PAKs at cost.
Can I download the e-Learning
programmes to work off-line?
No. Downloading is not allowed due to copyright issues.
Do I get a certificate after
completing Thomson/NETg courses?
Our courses are designed for self-paced learning and you will be able to print
a progress report as you do the courses. However, this is NOT a certification
course. You may further choose to sit for a certification exam after taking our
courses online at approved accredited centres. Many individuals benefit from
online learning as its TIME & COST effective.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The Humanitarian Enterprise Pte Ltd currently accepts Credit cards (Amex, Visa,
MasterCard preferred) or Debit cards.
Is it safe to give my credit card
details over the Internet?
All details are transmitted using our Secure Site License. THE-teamwork.com is
a safe and secure environment to buy on-line. When you pay using your credit
card, the transactional information, including your credit card number, is
stored on our server for archival purposes only. That information is encoded
within industrial-strength 64-bit encryption. Your credit card information is
encoded and protected using Secure Sockets Layering ("SSL") technology. This
means everything is encrypted in a code that only T.H.E. computer system can
read. All details are strictly confidential.
How will I receive confirmation of my
purchase?
Within minutes after you have submitted your details, you will receive an email
confirming that we have received it. The message will include your User ID, and
all information related to your order (except for your credit card number).
Are you going to sell my account
information?
We value your trust, and we will not compromise your privacy by making your
account information available. Your information is safe with us. However, for
the purposes of tracking your network (genealogy), your Homepage name and
contact will be made available to your sponsors in “My Office” online. To
remain anonymous, you can select a generic Homepage name (eg. E-Learning) to
avoid identification.

EDU-BIZ
INCENTIVES
Who can participate?
Anyone above the age of 18 years or an incorporated company can be a Franchisee
and participate in the EDU-BIZ incentive. Sign up through the “OPPORTUNITY >
JOIN NOW!” section of the website.
When and how will incentives be
paid?
Franchisees receive incentive payments as a result of sales of EDU-BIZ/EDU-PAK
to others. You do-not benefit or receive payment for the recruitment of
referrals of any other persons to T.H.E. Incentives will be paid through a
Global ATM Debit card or direct credit into your Bank Account (Direct-Credit
Authorization is currently available for Singapore & Malaysia Franchisees
only).
What is a Global ATM Debit
Card?
It is simply a cash card, which is loaded in American Dollars and cash
withdrawn in local currency of choice. Accessible from over 800,000 VISA ATMs
around the world, so managing your money is just like being at home.
Note: Foreign exchanges apply & a nominal cash withdrawal fee of US2.50 is
chargeable for each transaction. Any commission payable to Global ATM Debit
Card will be accumulated to a minimum Net Balance of USD60 before payment is
credited. In the event your Net Balance is less than USD60, your balance will
carry forward to your next Payroll date.
NOTE: Franchisees whose commissions (incentives) EXCEEDS USD10,000 per month, the company will remit your earnings electronically to your selected authorized Personal Bank account located in most locations worldwide. A nominal remittance fee by Bank applies.

What is Direct-Credit Authorization (DCA)
Be paid on time, every time! Incentives are credited (deposited) into nominated
Bank account. DCA is currently available to Franchisees with a local Singapore
or Malaysia (MAYBANK) Bank account only.
Franchisees using this facility will need to provide us any Singapore Local
Bank (UOB/DBS/OCBC etc) or Malaysia (MAYBANK) account details. Please submit
your Bank details, go to My Office via Personal website. International members
will be advised once this facility is made available by country.
Any commission payable to nominated Bank account by DCA, will be accumulated
to a minimum Net Balance of USD60 and above before any payment is credited. In
the event your Net Balance is less than USD60, your balance will carry over to
your next Payroll date.

POWERLINE
How do I join T.H.E.'s PowerLine?
First, you must be a T.H.E. franchisee before you can participate in Plan B,
also known as "PowerLine". All you have to do is to buy Britannica Online at an
exclusive price of US$59.97 for 1 FULL year to become a Marketing Executive (MX).
How do I qualify to earn in the PowerLine?
After becoming an MX, you must make 2 qualifying sales to become a Qualified
Executive (QX) before you can earn in PowerLine. That means, when your 1st 2
direct (or Level 1) franchisees become MX by purchasing the Britannica Online,
you achieve QX status.
How do I earn from the PowerLine?
Your 3rd direct sale will become your 1st PowerLine. For example, when your
next franchisee "Mary", becomes an MX by purchasing Britannica Online at US$59.97
for 1 year, she becomes your 1st PowerLine. You will earn NOT US$30, NOT US$40
but a WHOPPING US$50 per US$59.97 purchase!! That's more than 83% in commission!
Earn US$50 for every US$59.97 Britannica sales from both direct and indirect
sales (Qualifying sales of others in your PowerLines) to unlimited/infinity
levels. How's that for Leveraged Income!
What happens when my PowerLines make their qualifying sales?
When Mary (your 1st PowerLine), now an MX, makes her 2 qualifying sales to
"Pete and John", she becomes a QX. Mary will start her own PowerLine when her
3rd franchisee becomes an MX.
Pete and John are your indirect sales and due to their purchases of Britannica
Online, YOU (not Mary) will now earn 2 x US$50 = US$100
When Pete and John make their 2 qualifying sales each (and moved on to start
their own PowerLines), you will earn 4 x US$50 = US$200 from their purchases!
And it doesn't stop there. When these 4 MX's make their 2 qualifying sales
each, you earn 8 x US$50 = US$400 from their purchases!
That means you earn US$50 out of US$59.97 from each of your indirect qualifying
sales starting from your PowerLine, Mary. In the example so far, you've earned
a total of US$700 from your indirect sales (and US$50 from your direct sale,
Mary).
How much will I earn from each PowerLine?
As long as franchisees from your PowerLine continue to make qualifying sales,
you will continue to earn US$50 from each sale of US$60 to unlimited/infinity
levels. There's NO Maximum limit to your earnings in each PowerLine and there's
NO limited time-frame. So, why stop at one?
When my PowerLine and my indirect sales renew Britannica Online from the 2nd year onwards, how much will I earn?
You will earn US$25 for every repeating Britannica sale each year!
What if any of my PowerLine quits?
Do nothing.
When any of your PowerLine quits, you will inherit his remaining sales (MX's)
due to automatic compression.
As long as you remain a QX, you will continue to earn from all the indirect
qualifying sales resulting from your existing and any inherited PowerLines.
What if any of my qualifying sales quit?
If one or both your qualifying sales quit, you will receive an SMS (mobile text alert) and email
notifying you that you have become a Requalifying Executive (RX) and you have
to replace your qualifying sales within 14 days to become QX again. Within these
14 days, you will continue to earn from your PowerLines as if nothing has
happened.
If you did not replace any of your qualifying sales after 14 days, your
Powerline earnings from that point onwards will be forfeited to your next
upline who is a QX. However, once you replaced your qualifying sales again to
become QX, you will continue to earn from any new sales from your PowerLines
again.
Will my Sponsoring QX earn again when I replace my qualifying sale?
Yes. The earning of US$50 will be passed up to your next upline who is a QX.
How do I ensure that my 2 qualifying sales will remain in my network?
Identify 2 potentially "strong" and "active" Franchisees to be your Qualifying
Sales (QS). When they begin to grow and earn, they will likely remain in your network and therefore, you will
NEVER need to replace them.
Many Franchisees make the mistake of enrolling 2 "weaker" Franchisees as their
QS, and as such requires replacing them often to remain as QX status to
continue earning from PowerLines.
NOTE: If you intend to keep the "strong" or productive Franchisee as your
Powerline (3rd direct sale), he will contribute only 2 qualifying sales to you
personally... the rest of his sales will be his own PowerLines. So, don't make
that mistake but ensure that your 2 QS instead should be "strong".
"You sow only 2 good seeds (QS) for the potential of unlimited harvest of 2's
returned to you to infinity levels."
After a franchisee cancels his account, can he continue to use Britannica?
YES. He or she may continue to access Britannica online for the balance of the 1-year period
effective from date of purchase as Franchisee.

should I do?

What kind of operating systems do I
need to use EDU-PAK?
All you need is any computer running at least Win 98, with 128MB RAM, loaded
with Internet Explorer Version 5 and above. Preferred screen size is 1024 x 768
pixels.
Can
EDU-PAK courses run on Macintosh systems?
Unfortunately, EDU-PAK can only run on Microsoft based PCs.
I've forgotten my ID# or Password. What
can I do?
In the event that you have forgotten your User ID, you may refer to your
sponsor who is able to search your information from his genealogy in “My
Office”. Otherwise, you may choose to contact our Worldwide Support Centre at +65 6535 0071 or

Forgotten your Passwords? Go to

What is Debit Incentive or E-Money?
A simple online-solution when signing new accounts without Credit or Debit
Cards. You can make payment for Customers or Franchisees using YOUR Incentive
commissions or E-Money.
It’s that simple! No hassles, no waiting, immediate activations!
Upon signing-up customers or Franchisees online, just select the appropriate
option as Method of Payment eg. E-Money or Debit Incentive, other than credit
card.
To utilize the above 2 options, you must have sufficient funds in your E-Money
account or available balance in your Incentive Commissions as necessary.
What is “SEED MONEY”?
Any Seed Money deposit (E-Money account) of USD59.97 is one-hundred percent fully refundable to you via PAYPAL at anytime upon your request.

How do I create an E-Money Account?
E-Money (Electronic Money) is another option for signing new Customers or
Franchisees who do not own Credit or Debit Cards.
You can deposit funds into YOUR Personal E-Money a/c using your own Credit or
Debit Card. Ready funds in your E-Money a/c can be utilized to pay for
new-signups, monthly licence fees or Transfers to other E-Money accounts.
To create an E-Money Account:
Login to My Office(secure page) > click E-Money Account
> select Deposit.
Select the amount for deposit > click continue > proceed
with payment by credit card through Worldpay secure payment gateway.
We maintain your funds in your own secure, privately stored-value E-Money
account.

How Can I Do a Fund-Transfer?

Can I Use E-Money to Pay my Monthly Licence
Fee?
YES. If you have insufficient earnings in your Current Balance for your monthly
licence fee of USD59.97, our systems will attempt to collect payment from your
E-Money account for any outstanding amount.
Thus, you may deposit into your E-Money account using a 3rd party’s credit
card or request for a Fund-Transfer to your E-Money account from another
Franchisee in exchange by using Cash!
All deposit by credit card or transfer to E-Money Account is
for single transactions and is NOT an automated monthly payment/billing
process.
